If you need to cancel a hotel reservation, please check the links below to see if you can access your reservation online and cancel it. If you cannot access it, please call our customer service department number above, email us, or call the hotel directly to cancel the reservation. The hotel phone number is on your emailed confirmation.
If you are within 24 hours of the hotel's cancellation period, please use the below links to cancel, or contact the hotel directly by phone. Leave a phone message if necessary with all your hotel booking info to cancel. Due to the volume of the email we receive, email may not be responded to quickly enough in these cases.
